Veterans Foreign Service Campaign Scholarship

Must be a Post 9-11 combat veteran; must submit Discharge Papers (DD-214) with application; DD-214 must reflect Combat Action Ribbon
This scholarship was established in memory of Colonel William Elgin Nix (ret.), 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force by his daughter Sally Nix Coffey, retired Golden West College Community Services Director and former Veterans’ Coordinator. This scholarship provides funding for Post 9-11 combat veterans in recognition of their valiant service protecting their country.
