Minimum 3.0 GPA; Student majoring in Liberal Art who plans to transfer to a four-year institution.

Mrs. McGaugh established this scholarship in memory of her husband, Jerry H. McGaugh, an educator, who was Superintendent of Seal Beach schools for many years.
