Orange County Association of Realtors Scholarship

The recipient must be a “realtor” or “affiliate” member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, their spouses, children, dependents, and grandchildren. The Orange County Association of Realtors will conduct its own promotion of this scholarship. If no candidates are submitted, they will advise Golden West College to open it up to the college process.

This trade association represents over 4,000 real estate professionals in 1,900 offices located in Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley and from Irvine south to San Clemente. The Association established this scholarship fund in memory of a fellow realtor, Art Lubow. The scholarship is awarded annually to an Affiliate member, a Realtor family member, or a student taking real estate-related classes. Realtors support education.
