C.A.R.E. Scholarship

Must be enrolled in C.A.R.E. Program; 2.0 GPA
This scholarship was established to recognize and support outstanding students in the C.A.R.E. Program. The C.A.R.E. (Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education) Program is designed to help single parents who are receiving public assistance achieve academic and personal success. C.A.R.E. students struggle to balance their family and educational responsibilities. They are faced with financial barriers which make it even harder for them to obtain their future goals. These students work extremely hard to overcome numerous obstacles so that they can create a better life for themselves and their families. This scholarship will help make their dreams of higher education a reality.
